    My experience with Aitken Real Estate was different to the norm as it did not involve selling or buying a property. I had found a property I wanted to purchase and could not secure the sale prior to auction. I knew that Aitken Real Estate were non-auction agents and pride themselves on their negotiating abilities. So I rang Steve Aitken and discussed the difficulties I was experiencing. His knowledge and honesty was so refreshing I enlisted him to bid for me at the auction. Steve’s strategy and approach at the auction was outstanding. His advice and manoeuvring resulted in only one other bid on the day with the property being passed in on our second bid. This is where Steve’s strong negotiating skills shone through resulting in the successful purchase of my dream home. Sincere thanks Steve for making this process stress free and a more pleasurable experience. I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone.
